Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 per order.
Order Policy
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and at that time no changes can be made. We cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses; a separate order is required for each shipping address. Orders are processed Monday - Friday during business hours and ship within 3-5 business days. Please note: For orders placed during our holiday period (12/23-1/5), processing times will extend to 7–10 business days.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped that includes a tracking number(s). Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Please allow 2-6 business days to receive your order once it has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Overnight and expedited delivery is not available at this time.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only accept and ship orders to addresses within the United States.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay credit and debit cards. For a faster checkout, we also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link by Stripe. Please note that all credit card payments are charged as soon as your order is successfully submitted.
Pricing
All prices and costs listed on our website are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
We add sales tax to all orders shipping to New York.
Where We Ship
ZAZA ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii, to valid street addresses. We ship via USPS.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please let us know right away by emailing zazabyzamora@gmail.com. In the rare instance that your order is received damaged, contact us and we will advise what you need to do for us to issue a refund.
